Le processus de cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un bijou n&rsquo;est plus compliqu\u00e9 que ce qu&rsquo;on pense.<\/p>\n<p>In our desire to be 100% transparent with our customers, we've decided to show you every step of your jewel's journey, from order to delivery.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manufacturing<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the order has been placed, our artisan jeweler receives the information needed to create the jewelry. As the jewelry is entirely customizable, it is not created by mass-produced machines.<\/p>\n<p>Texts, metals and settings differ from order to order, so everything is made to measure, by hand, by our artisan jeweler. We do our utmost to deliver a perfect creation.<\/p>\n<p>Once the jewel has been made, it is sent to our Fosbury and Sons offices. Our Production Manager, Charlotte, then checks the jewel. She checks that the size, metal, setting and text chosen are correct, to make sure that the jewel is exactly what you want. She also checks that the jewel has not been damaged during its transfer from the workshop to our offices by post. A certificate of authenticity will be created for jewelry in gold, silver or precious stones.<\/p>\n<p>If there's a mistake, we send the jewel straight back to the workshop to correct it.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Order preparation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After being checked and cleaned one last time, the jewel is placed in a protective case, made of 100% recycled materials. The case is then placed in a small bag made of recycled paper, then packed in a recycled cardboard mailing box.<\/p>\n<p>Orders can be accompanied by a personalized note to be slipped into the little bag with the box. It's important to specify this in the comments when placing your order!<\/p>\n<p>It's important to us that your creation travels in the best conditions and is well protected.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Order dispatch<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your jewelry is shipped to Belgium by BPost. If the jewel has a destination other than Belgium, the national postal service of the recipient country will take over once the Belgian border has been crossed.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, once the jewel has been taken care of by the service provider, we no longer have control over delivery times, as this depends on their lead times.
